PRUVIQ (pruviq.com) is a free cryptocurrency strategy simulation and research platform operated by JPLee ("we", "us", "our").

PRUVIQ is an information service provider. We are NOT a financial advisor, trading broker, intermediary, exchange, or investment advisor.

2. What Data We Collect

PRUVIQ is designed to minimize data collection. We do not require user accounts, registration, or login.

Data We DO Collect

  • Anonymous Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects aggregated, anonymous traffic data (page views, country, device type, referrer). Cloudflare Web Analytics does NOT use cookies, does NOT track individual users, and does NOT collect personally identifiable information. Learn more.
  • Server Logs: Standard web server logs (IP addresses, timestamps, pages visited) processed by Cloudflare Pages. These are automatically deleted after a short retention period.

Email Newsletter Subscription

If you choose to subscribe to our weekly strategy alerts, we collect your email address and language preference. This data is used solely to send weekly strategy performance summaries. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Names or contact information (beyond voluntarily provided email for newsletter)
  • Financial data, trading history, or portfolio information
  • Cryptocurrency wallet addresses
  • Payment or billing information
  • Social media profiles
  • Location data (beyond country-level from analytics)

3. Cookies and Tracking

PRUVIQ uses no tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is a privacy-first analytics solution that does not use cookies or track individual users.

Essential cookies may be set by Cloudflare for security purposes (DDoS protection, bot detection). These are strictly necessary for the website to function and cannot be disabled.

We do not use any marketing, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

4. Third-Party Services

PRUVIQ integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Cloudflare Pages: Website hosting and CDN. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics: Anonymous traffic analytics. Cookie-free, GDPR-compliant. Cloudflare GDPR Compliance
  • Self-hosted Fonts: All web fonts (Inter, JetBrains Mono) are served directly from our domain. No third-party font services are used.

When you click affiliate links to cryptocurrency exchanges (e.g., Binance), you leave PRUVIQ and are subject to those platforms' privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies before creating accounts.

5. Affiliate Links

PRUVIQ contains affiliate/referral links to cryptocurrency exchanges. When you use these links to create an account, PRUVIQ may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our simulation data, backtest results, or strategy analysis. All affiliate links are disclosed on the Fees page.

6. Data Security

All connections to PRUVIQ are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Our website is served through Cloudflare's global network, which provides DDoS protection, WAF (Web Application Firewall), and security headers.

Since we do not collect personal data, there is minimal risk of personal data breach.

7. Children's Privacy

PRUVIQ is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk and is not appropriate for minors.

8. Your Rights

GDPR (EU/EEA Residents)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. CCPA (California Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. PRUVIQ does not sell or share personal information. We do not collect personal information as defined by the CCPA.

9. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of PRUVIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
