1. Who We Are

PRUVIQ (pruviq.com) is a free cryptocurrency strategy simulation and research platform ("we", "us", "our").

PRUVIQ is an information service provider. We are NOT a financial advisor, trading broker, intermediary, exchange, or investment advisor.

2. What Data We Collect

PRUVIQ is designed to minimize data collection. We do not require user accounts, registration, or login.

Data We DO Collect

• Anonymous Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects aggregated, anonymous traffic data (page views, country, device type, referrer). Cloudflare Web Analytics does NOT use cookies, does NOT track individual users, and does NOT collect personally identifiable information. Learn more.
• Server Logs: Standard web server logs (IP addresses, timestamps, pages visited) processed by Cloudflare Pages. These are automatically deleted after a short retention period.

Email Address (Optional)

If you choose to leave your email address on the site, we collect that address and your language preference. We use it only to notify you about PRUVIQ product updates (for example, when new verified strategies or features launch). We do not currently send a recurring newsletter or any scheduled emails. You can request deletion of your email address at any time via contact@pruviq.com.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Names or contact information (beyond a voluntarily provided email address)
• Financial data, trading history, or portfolio information
• Cryptocurrency wallet addresses
• Payment or billing information
• Social media profiles
• Location data (beyond country-level from analytics)

3. Cookies and Tracking

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. Google Analytics 4 measures visits and product interactions and may use analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics loaders and performance collection are disabled when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Essential cookies may be set by Cloudflare for security purposes (DDoS protection, bot detection). These are strictly necessary for the website to function and cannot be disabled.

Performance measurement stores only a seen flag in this browser, without a generated identifier. It distinguishes the first observation in this browser storage from later observations; clearing storage resets that distinction. If storage is unavailable, the visit is marked unknown.

4. Third-Party Services

PRUVIQ integrates with the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare Pages: Website hosting and CDN. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare Web Analytics: Anonymous traffic analytics. Cookie-free, GDPR-compliant. Cloudflare GDPR Compliance
• Google Analytics 4: Visit and product-interaction analytics. Google Privacy Policy.
• Performance Measurement: Browser-reported loading, layout stability and interaction timings, and the first successful manual simulation response, grouped by page category, language, viewport size, browser-storage visit type and measurement version. Samples are aggregated in our existing Grafana monitoring service. This collector does not store full URLs, query strings, referrers, metric identifiers or user identifiers. Loading and interaction measurements end when the document first becomes hidden; a resumed document is not measured again. Simulation timing ends when result data is ready, before painting.
• Self-hosted Fonts: All web fonts (Inter, JetBrains Mono) are served directly from our domain. No third-party font services are used.

When you click affiliate links to cryptocurrency exchanges (OKX), you leave PRUVIQ and are subject to those platforms' privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies before creating accounts.

5. Affiliate Links

PRUVIQ contains affiliate/referral links to cryptocurrency exchanges. When you use these links to create an account, PRUVIQ may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our simulation data, backtest results, or strategy analysis. All affiliate links are disclosed on the Fees page.

6. Data Security

All connections to PRUVIQ are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Our website is served through Cloudflare's global network, which provides DDoS protection, WAF (Web Application Firewall), and security headers.

7. Children's Privacy

PRUVIQ is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk and is not appropriate for minors.

8. Your Rights

GDPR (EU/EEA Residents)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. For privacy-related requests about the information described above, contact us at contact@pruviq.com.

CCPA (California Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. PRUVIQ does not sell or share personal information.

9. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

PRUVIQ does not sell or share your personal information to third parties. We do not engage in data brokering, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral tracking.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of PRUVIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
