Estimates the liquidation price for an isolated USDT-perpetual position — including the maintenance-margin rate and the taker-fee buffer that naive 1/leverage calculators ignore (they run 2–45% late depending on leverage).
Formula: long = entry·(1−1/L)/(1−mmr−f), short = entry·(1+1/L)/(1+mmr+f) — derived from OKX isolated-perp trigger condition, verified against OKX's published example (<0.0002% error). f = 0.05% (OKX Lv1 taker fee buffer in the trigger), mmr = tier-1 from OKX's public position-tiers API.
